YOUTH SWIMMING AND DIVING LESSONS/COMPETITIVE SWIM TEAM
South Coast Aquatics offers comprehensive
youth swim and diving lessons, as well as, an instructional
competitive swim team for youth ages 5 and older ranging in ability
from beginner to nationally ranked swimmers.

MASTERS SWIMMING PROGRAM
UMASS Dartmouth Aquatics, in conjunction with South Coast Aquatics, offers a USS Masters Swimming program for adults ages 21 and older. The program is designed to provide instructional and structured workouts for swimmers of all abilities including the recreational swimmer, triathlete and seasoned competitive swimmer. Practice sessions are currently being held on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-7pm and on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 6:15-7:30am. There are registration fees associated with practice sessions.

LIFEGUARD TRAINING AND RECERTIFICATION CLASSES
UMASS Dartmouth Aquatics is offering Lifeguard Training and Recertification classes this semester. Classes are to provide certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR for the Professional Lifeguard and AED. There are two courses that will be offered this semester (pending a minimum of 4 people enrolled). The first is a weekday option being held on Monday and Wednesday evening from 6-10pm beginning April 1st and running through April 20th. The second course will be offered on Saturdays from 9am-5pm beginning on March 30th and completing on April 22nd.
THE COST FOR THE COURSES IS AS FOLLOWS:
FULL COURSE UMASS DARTMOUTH STUDENTS $150.00 NON STUDENTS $200.00
RECERTIFICATIONS LGT/CPR/FIRST AID/AED $80.00 LGT ONLY $60.00
CPR/FIRST AID/AED $40.00
