Tuesday September 7:          3:30pm Indoor Cycling

Wednesday September 8:    12noon yoga, 6pm Cardio Workout

Thursday September 9:        4:30pm Indoor Cycling

Friday September 10:           12noon yoga

Monday September 15:        4pm Yoga, 5pm HIIT Cycling
