Men's Lacrosse Heads for LEC Playoffs

NORTH DARTMOUTH, MA-The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's men's lacrosse team will begin 2010 playoff action when they travel to Plymouth State for a quarter-final match in the Little East Conference Tournament Tuesday afternoon. The match is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. at Panther Field.
UMass Dartmouth is the fifth-seeded team and enters the tournament with an overall record of 7-9 and a Little East mark of 3-4. Plymouth State is 7-7 overall and 4-3 in LEC play and is the fourth seed.
This is the 10th consecutive season in which the Corsairs have advanced to post-season play.
The winner of Tuesday's match will visit top-seeded Keene State in a semi-final match Thursday.
