Men's Soccer Sets Spring Practice Dates
The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's men's soccer team has set their spring practice schedule. The Corsairs have scheduled eight initial practices, beginning Tuesday, March 27th and concluding Thursday, April 19th. All of the practices are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday evenings, beginning at 5:30 p.m. and will take place at the UMass Dartmouth soccer practice field, which is adjacent to the track.

WILLIMANTIC, CT-Carl Stensland and Mitch Power scored two goals each and Zach Kice added three assists as host Eastern Connecticut State defeated the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth men's soccer team, 4-0, in their Little East Conference semi-final playoff match at Nevers Field Wednesday.

BRIDGEWATER, MA-Freshman forward Nick Gontijo (Hudson, MA/Hudson HS) scored a goal in each half and junior goalkeepers Mike Phelan (Carver, MA/Carver HS) and Jon Doucette (Boxford, MA/Masconomet HS) combined to record the shutout as the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth men's soccer team blanked host Bridgewater State, 2-0, in a non-conference match at Swenson Pitch Tuesday.
