Megan Shea

Megan Shea is in her first season as an
assistant field hockey coach at UMass Dartmouth. Shea joined the
Corsairs after playing field hockey and earning a bachelor's degree
in sociology at the University of New Hampshire. At UNH, Shea
earned third team All-American honors, served as a team captain,
and was named America East Offensive Player of the Year. She
finished her career at New Hampshire ranked second in both goals
and points in a single season, and ranks third in points on the UNH
all-time scoring list. In addition to her responsibilities with the
Corsairs, Shea is a coach with the Seacoast United field hockey
program and the National Futures Association level one site in New
Hampshire. Shea is looking forward to working with the talented
group of student-athletes at UMass Dartmouth and hopes to help the
Corsairs win their second consecutive Little East Conference
championship.
