A new era in Corsair women’s soccer is set to begin in a month’s time, as Head Coach Elise Cloutier takes the reins of the UMass Dartmouth program and will guide her squad through a 19-match regular season slate this fall.
Cloutier, a former Corsair assistant coach who enjoyed a standout playing career at Mount Ida, leads UMass Dartmouth into action on Friday, August 31st with a non-league home clash against Fredonia at Cressy Field beginning at Noon EDT. Cloutier’s crew will also entertain Springfield, Connecticut College and Worcester State in non-league play while welcoming Plymouth State, Keene State, Castleton and Western Connecticut to the South Coast for Little East Conference match-ups.
The Corsairs hit the road for non-league outings at Albertus Magnus, Bridgewater State, Salem State, Clark, Becker, Johnson & Wales and Westfield State, and UMass Dartmouth will pay visits to Eastern Connecticut, UMass Boston, Rhode Island College and Southern Maine in Little East action.
